Essential Executive Support

For clients who need the foundational admin support (email, calendar, admin tasks).

Executive Admin Partner

A higher-level retainer for founders who need full inbox & calendar ownership, operations oversight, communication management, and proactive administrative partnership.

How do I know if I qualify for your services?

All inquiries are reviewed through a structured Intake + Lead Qualification process.
I assess:

  • Required hours

  • Your readiness for support

You’ll receive an email letting you know whether you're:
✔ Highly qualified
✔ Partially qualified
✘ Not currently a fit

This ensures both sides are aligned before moving into a discovery call.

How do I get started?
  1. Complete the intake form on my website

  2. If qualified, you'll receive a link to book your discovery call

  3. After the call, you’ll receive a proposal + contract

  4. Once signed and paid, onboarding begins

  5. I set up your client portal, kickoff call, and system access collection

My process is structured for smooth onboarding with zero confusion.

Do you offer one-time projects or hourly work?

Not at this time.
My services are exclusively retainer-based, allowing me to provide consistent support, workflow stability, and long-term operational impact.

What are your payment terms?

Payments are due monthly on the 30th or 31st.
Late fees apply as follows:

  • 3 days late: $75

  • 5 days late: $100

  • 7 days late: $200

  • Over 7 days late: $50/day until paid

Retainers are billed monthly and non-refundable.
